Cik Midah Sambal is a Malaysian heritage food brand under Gold Buroq Global, a fully Bumiputera-owned company founded by Zanariah Abdullah.

The brand was inspired by the founder’s late mother, Allahyarhamah Hajjah Mazidah, lovingly known as “Cik Midah.”

Her traditional family recipes became the heart and inspiration behind the brand , preserving the authentic taste of homemade Malaysian sambal for generations to come.

Founded in 2017 in Selangor, Malaysia, Gold Buroq Global specialises in developing ready-to-eat sambal and traditional Malaysian food products, combining heritage recipes with modern convenience.
