Kaedah Memasak / Cooking Method

IKAN BAKAR /GRILLED FISH

Bahan-Bahan/ ingredients

1 Paket / packet (70g)- Pes Ikan Bakar cik midah

Cik Midah Grilled Fish Paste

1 Ekor /pcs- IKan Kembung (saiz serdahana) / Mackerel Fish (medium size)

2 helai daun pisang yang dibersihkan / 2 pieces of Banana Leaf wiped and cleaned

1. Cuci ikan sebersihnya, kemudian perap ikan selama 5minit dengan Pes IKan bakar cik midah(70g)

Clean and wash the fish. Marinate the Fish between 5minute with Cik Midah grilled fish paste (70g)

2. Balut setiap ikan dengan daun pisang, panaskan kuali pemanggang , panggang ikan pada kedua-kedua belah.

Wrap each fish with banana leaf , Heat the grilled pan, and grill the fish on both sides.

3. Apabila ikan masak, hidangkan bersama air asam / kicap pedas.

Once cooked served with ‘Air Asam’ / spicy soy sauce
